While the Washington State Association of Counties tracks overall site traffic, it doesn't collect individual user details (name, e-mail address, and such) unless a user voluntarily submits such information. WSAC does not share information on individual addresses except as required by law or in the case of county officials or employees, where WSAC may use addresses to create contact lists for purposes of the association, or to communicate with government agencies on official business. Files may be subject to public disclosure.
