US Communities

U.S. Communities Government Purchasing Alliance? ("U.S. Communities?") is a free nationwide purchasing cooperative designed to be a procurement resource for local and state government agencies, school districts (K-12), higher education and nonprofits. As a registered participant of the program, your county can access and select from a broad line of competitively solicited contracts which provide quality products, services and solutions.

County Inmate Program

Managing medical expenses for county jail inmates can be a costly and time consuming endeavor. That's why WSAC FSC developed a competitively priced and responsive program to efficiently handle claims processing, provide a pharmaceutical discount, and optional insurance coverage.

L&I Retro Pool

A county has two alternatives for workers compensation costs in the state of Washington. One is self-insurance and the other is state funded insurance.
